Made 100% from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, and from further inland than the other Loire regions, this is full flavoured and a classic style.

The vineyard is located 6 km from Sancerre in the village of Sury-en-Vaux. An exclusively family wine growing and wine making enterprise since 1975, the production area has grown from 5 hectares to 11 hectares today.
