A pretty salmon pink colour, slightly sweet with a fresh taste and a crisp acidity……incredibly refreshing and very moreish!

Any facts: The pink hue arises as the grapes are left to macerate (sit under their own weight) for a few hours, drawing the colour from the skins. More people are drinking rosé because of wines like this – a style that goes well with plenty of different foods. Drink this all year round.
