The Reserva range of Santa Monica wines exhibit Emilio’s trademark skill in fusing New and Old World winemaking techniques to create complex and ageworthy barrel aged wines which offer purity of varietal fruit flavours. Three months ageing in French oak barrels for the Chardonnay and minimum three months for the reds wines.
