Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience.

We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products. If you do not wish to receive this information, please contact us.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.

Ordering

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who we know to be, or appears to be, under the age of 18.
We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.

Delivery

We guarantee delivery within seven working days of your order, except for items which are specifically indicated as taking longer. However, if it is impossible to come to a mutually agreeable delivery arrangement in this time, the actual delivery time may be extended until such arrangement is guaranteed.

We may use an independent carrier. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product once, after which we regret that you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery. The products will be returned to our warehouse if they have not been collected from the carrier within 21 days.

Due to a few restrictions with our carriers, we are regrettably unable to deliver to the following postcodes and areas:

IM - Isle Of Man, IV - Inverness, PA - Inverness, KW - Orkney Isles, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - Shetland, Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight.

Prices

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
A delivery charge is added once you have completed filling your basket and begin the checkout procedure.
Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.

Returns and Breakages

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from heritagewine.co.uk. However, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

If you return the product in its original condition including packaging, we will refund you the cost of the product excluding our original delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods.

If you return an item to us that you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens, please contact us and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.

Heritage Wine will refund any product which is received broken. Please contact us immediately supplying your name, address and details of breakage and we will make the necessary arrangements to refund them as soon as possible following our agreement to do so.

Please include a written reason for return of the contents and return it with your parcel. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 7 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
